The Ladieswear Shop is committed to your 100% satisfaction with our products.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within 30 calendar days of receiving your order for a hassle-free refund.

Return Requirements
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original, saleable condition. This means the clothing and accessories must have their original tags attached, be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Items must be returned with the original packaging, including any boxes, dust bags, or protective materials.

Please note that items marked as “final sale” or “clearance” may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

How to Return Items
To return your items, please repackage your parcel along with your order confirmation and take it to any Australia Post outlet to mail it to us at:

For peace of mind, and to establish proof of return, we recommend that you register your parcel or obtain a parcel tracking receipt.

Please note that return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective items, will be at your own expense and will not be reimbursed by us.

Processing of Returns and Payment of Refunds

Once your returned package is received and inspected, we will process the refund to your original form of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days after receipt of your package for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account statement.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are happy to refund all items damaged in transit or in the event of any production faults or defects. Any return postage costs for damaged or defective items will be reimbursed by us.
